MANDATORY NOTICES FOR EMPLOYEES
Federal and State laws require employers to post certain mandatory notices, depending on the number of employees and the type of business. Notices must be posted conspicuously and in enough places so employees can see them as they enter and exit the workplace. It is a good idea to hang them in glass or clear plastic cases, near time clocks and at the various entrances to the facility.
